Shree Ram Computer details laptop conditions honestly (Refurbished, Second Hand, New, Open Box). We list technical configurations, testing results, and physical conditions transparently. We invite customers to inspect products live at our Makatpur showroom or ask for detailed photos on WhatsApp before buying.
Certified refurbished and used laptops come with a 3 to 6 months store warranty covering hardware motherboard failures. The warranty excludes physical damage, water logging, liquid spills, and software virus issues caused by user actions.
For online orders across India, we package laptops in secure bubble containers. All shipments are insured for transit loss. In case of receiving a package damaged externally, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately.
We offer a 10-day testing period for store picked laptops. If any genuine hardware issue arises during this period that cannot be repaired by our tech desk, we will swap the device for an identical model or provide alternative options.
